I hope to exposit how I have come to understand “same-sex-attraction” and perhaps also relate it to my thoughts on Notre Dame’s plan.
The Courage model will be helpful to some experiencing same-sex-attraction, but not to all.
These are the agonies of men and women who did not choose to be different.
I see my task as twofold: first, seeking out ways of drawing the different, the ostracized, the confused, the lonely, and the misunderstood into the Church.
